September 3rd, 4th and 5th 2010
On the 3rd, 4th and 5th September 2010, the Cornwall Tang Soo Do Academy will host the 3rd Annual Summer Camp (4th September is also the 1st birthday for the CTSDA). Visitors will come from Master Salter’s and Master Parkinson’s groups in Manchester, and Mr Featherstone’s from the North East. The event is planned as follows:
Friday pm 5 - 6.30pm Tang Soo Do Seminar Cornwall College
7pm Family social food and drinks at Sunset Surf, Gwithian
(we have the beach cafe booked for our group)
Saturday 6-8 Beach Training Sandy Acres (Mexico car park at Gwithian beach)
depending on weather
9-11am Tang Soo Do Seminar - Gwithian Beach or Cornwall College
Sports Hall if bad weather
Midday, early afternoon – beach activities including
Surfing (extra cost of £15 per person), family beach games or a
beach run.

7pm + family BBQ Gwithian beach, family members welcome at no
extra cost
Sunday Early beach Tang Soo Do seminar, Gwithian (Sandy Acres). If raining we
will be at Pool School Hall 10-12.
There will be a range of excellent seminar content; focusing Weh Gong (hard martial arts), Neh Gong (Chi) energy development, self defence combinations and techniques in the sea, jumping and flying kicks for Dragons and self defence grabs to name a few areas.
